At Demha Nights, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to make our cancellation process as straightforward as possible.
Cancellations:

Guests may cancel their booking up to 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable, as the reserved dates have been set aside exclusively for your stay.

Once a stay has commenced, refunds are not applicable, as the service has already been rendered.
Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
